1. Getting up
Getting up properly affects our
outlook for the day itself. So getting up at proper time is important. In
Ayurveda time for getting up is stated as Bramhi muhurtha, which is derived by
dividing the whole day in to 30 parts 15 for day and 15 for night, depending on
total daytime. They are not of equal duration. The 14th part of the night is
called Bramhi muhurtha. This time can vary from 3 am to 6.30am depending on
sunrise, so it not possible to have a uniform time throughout the world in the
industrialised condition where we go to sleep not by nature but by clock or by
force. It is not possible to fix the exact time for getting up from the bed as
time of sunrise vary from place to place and season
Precondition (Poorva karma):- Previous night's dinner should be on or before 8pm and sleep should be approximately at 10.30pm
Getting up ;- Time 5am to 5.45am

Action of getting up ----It (getting up)has action on Memory related, hormone related disorders like thyroid, short term memory, reproductive system secretions, ovulation, spermatogesis, So for proper conception, prevent aided conception get up early.
