1.Dinacharya
2.Rutucharya
3. Sadvrutta 

What is dinacharya and how does it affect health?
Our routine functions which are done by everybody in a day like getting up, face wash, teeth brushing, gargling etc. come under dinacharya or Daily routine.

What are factors come under dinacharya?
All factors that are done generally in one day specifically during day time, when sun is shining come under dinacharya in Ayurveda.
All most all factors described below are universal followed by All people with variations according to country and season
Getting up--Bramhi muhurta
Personal hygiene-2 TO 15 Min
Brushing the teeth-3 min appox.
Tongue cleaning-less than 1 min
Face wash-2 to 3 min
Anjana (collerium)-1min
Navana(Nasal drops)-on medical advice only
Gargling(kavala)-till the fluid in mouth becomes thick like mucilage or there is watery secretion from eyes and nose appox. 5min
Dhooma(Smoking)-on medical advice only
Tamboola( Use of Beetel leaves)-on medical advice only
Abyanga(Oil massage)-5min
Vyaayama(Exercise)-10 to 30 min
Udvartana(Body dry massage and pressing)-
Snana(Bath)-10 to20min
Clothing--
Prayer-Depending on belief. It should not disturb further activities
Food - Break fast-
Work-Occupation-
Food - Lunch-
Food - Dinner-
Sleep-For healthy persons10pm to 5 am
